APATS (At-Platform Automatic Test Systems) has established a new MSD Homepage for information, software updates, and system trouble reporting for current owners of the MSD product family, including ICE Test Adapter Sets.  At minimum, you must already have an AKO account to access the site.  If you also have a valid CAC certificate, you may use that to login.  

The MSD Homepage requires that you have a DOD-issued Common Access Card.   Use your CAC to login now to MSD Homepage.

The newest member of the APATS product line is the MSD-V3, a rugged, compact, lightweight, general-purpose, automatic tester, consisting of Commercial-Off -The-Shelf (COTS) software and hardware components. MSD-V3 is used for troubleshooting, diagnostics testing, and to host Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), weapon system specific software, and upload/download mission data and software. The MSD-V3 comes in two types or variants; Type 1 (10.6") diagonal screen size, Type 2 (14.1") screen size.
